When you create a form in our EvoCloud CMS, it creates a database automatically for your form.
As visitors to your website use your form, a submissions tab is created, which shows ALL submissions that are captured by your form.
Since email messages are fragile and can be caught in a spam filter or deleted, this database feature protects your organization by capturing all submissions before they are emailed.
Your staff cannot delete the submissions that are stored, further protecting the data.
If you have permissions on the form, You can filter your submission data by date range, then export the form data to a CSV file with one click.
You can lock down the form and the submission data by overriding the built-in role base security.
This enables you to lock the form down to specific users or departments. Overall Super Admins can still gain access to the form.
Changes to your form's design are captured with each save. So if you make a mistake with your form's design you can roll back to a previous version.
